Shocking Customer service

Absolute horrible experience with Fnb sales. Their employees are rude, unfriendly, coughing in your ear, unhelpful. Their Slogan, "how can we help you" is so untrue. So sad that I left standard bank to go over to fnb. Get no help from them when you need it. I get sent from the one department to the next, all unable to assist. So so so disappointed.
