Shocking customer service

Call centre is a joke. Branch aswell. I order a new card but its never ordered when i call i am transferred numerous times then get to a department where i am told they on lunch i must phone back. Really!!!!!! Apparently only 1 person can help once again really!!!!!! Disgusting
