Shocking

Ebucks changed their rules for November. I opened a Revolving Facility with Shortfall Protection so that I can continue to be on level 5. I have not been given my full 1500 points for this. I queried this on 15th November on the Secure Chat and they logged a Query (***Q) with Loans saying I don't have Shortfall.

No feedback has been given.

I called on the 26th and 27th November to be told the query has been closed and will be called back. No callback.

Today, I queried again on secure chat. Ebucks says it is Loans and puts me through to them. Loans says it is Ebucks and puts me through to them.

This is now going on for the 3rd time in 1 hour.

NO ONE IS WILLING TO HEL ME!!!
