Shocking call centre support

Shocking call centre support and Nav-Car call centre needs some serious competence! I DID NOT PHONE YOU Personally!! YOU WORK FOR FNB!!

My car was not correctly loaded on Bankin App, and I could not renew my license as FNB keeps telling me to do (USE THE APP)... They said they could not help me in any other way, yet after the call it was rectified with correct car for disk renewal ??
