Shocking Banking,empty barrels

How on earth is a person expected to get hold of FNB for any information , and to make an appointment, Ive tried their ridiculous 087 number and they keep transferring me and cutting me off, their local bank number on the internet is inaccessible, thank goodness im not a client, this is ridiculous. All their advertising is obviously hollow promises.
