SHOCKING BANK BLOCK YOUR CARD WITHOUT NOTICE WHEN FORMS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED

shocking i was sent a form to fill in regarding fica i filled it out and sent itback 18 may 2022 this weekend were away for the weekend on my birthay i wanted to pay for a meal to my inbarrasment the transaction was declined canyou believe it the blocked my card i could not pay for my accomodation tried to contact them on sunday only to be told that i need to send the document i have proof of sending the document 4 months before the department is closed and there is nothing that could be done my holiday was runed i had to get into my car and get back to joburg to sort this mess out this morning at 8am i explained my desperation to tando malele and asked her to get a manager to contact me ugently 12pm no call from a manager they have ruined my holiday no warning of message from fnb just cut my account its quite strange that when you owe them money they will call you every day but when they want documents from you they will not call you just block your card shocking they dont take money seriously what would have happened if were oversease pathetic
