Shocking and inept service as always

Once again I find myself complaining about the same thing, on the 18th October I complained on here regarding CCD couriers trying to contact me regarding a new cheque card delivery, a card I never ordered, I have had staff from CCD couriers arrive to deliver the card and numerous phone calls as well as emails and messages from FNB themselves to say it is to be delivered, I have told both sides I did not order the card and will not accept it and I am STILL receiving these messages and calls. this is my last complaint if this is not sorted out and I receive one more message or call I will look into laying a charge of harassment against both CCD and FNB. I have been inconvenienced, Harassed and interrupted at work constantly because of this. NO MORE!! Sort out your house FNB this is ridiculous.!!!!!!

I acknowledge receipt of your complaint and apologise for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

As per our telephonic conversation, a formal complaint has been logged and reference number ***NF was issued.

I have referred the matter to FNB Premier Resolution Centre who will provide feedback.

Once again I do apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused.

I am again annoyed by the fact that I posted this yesterday, I was contacted by FNB to say they will sort it out and AGAIN this morning I received a message from FNB saying CCD couriers will deliver my card!!!! I am serious 1 MORE message or call and I will look into laying charges against both FNB and CCD couriers

I have just now received another call from CCD couriers to deliver my card, I am going to be looking into laying charges of harassment against FNB and CCD, I have had enough!!!!
