Shocking and disappointed service from ebucks.

Ebucks unable to provide rewards offered by FNB.

Ebucks had issue with Kuaia rewards so after 3 months they sms me wicodes for the rewards i missed due to their system error.

Going to kuaia i was left standing red face as the code provided by Ebucks did not work. Value R76. I ordered value R64.

Phoning call centre, Shinobia tells me i must go back and ask them for a error code otherwise she cant log it. Rather disappointed with this service. After months finally getting a code thats not working. If i wasnt so persistent i wouldve asked them to pick a finger and simply just change banks.
