Shocking
My partner had cancelled his card in November last year and received various sms's about card fees. Upon calling to ascertain what he can do to resolve this - I was advised that my partner would need to call another number to resolve this. On the first hand this is shocking - how can 2 departments not talk to each other. The ATM slip that my partner received when he cancelled the card stated clearly \CANCELLATION\".<br> secondly, when I tried to enquire as to why this was not yet resolved the call centre agent spoke to me in an extremely condescending voice and then promptly put the phone down! Totally unprofessional behaviour!!!"
