Shocking

On the 6th of Aug, my money just disappeared from my account, no notification nothing. I called FNB and was told that SARS Pledged the money and that it is not available and was also told to contact SARS of which I did and they told me, they have no idea what FNB is talking about and they proceeded to send me a statement of accounts that I forwarded through to FNB. I was told that they will come back to me. I have also asked that I want to see the communication between them and the person that authorized the pledge from SARS and i am still waiting, as something is not right.

1. How possible is it that money can come out of my account without notification.

Please can someone let me know when my money will be back into my account as i need to use it. This is an inconvenience.
