Shocked by FNB CUSTOMER service

Poor poor service. I have been banking with FNB for a very long time now, but seems that i will have to re consider banks. App**** for a temp loan as offered on my banking app since Thursday no consultant has been in contact with me as per your website regarding application that is giving errors. Trying to phone FNB to assist, i get transferred 3 times and 3rd person not talking???? Phoning from my cellphone please get in contact with me ASAP ***
