Shocked and surprised

Out of the blue, my account has been locked due to a "Tax Information Hold" which is very odd... I had no prior notice of this and have been deeply inconvenienced...

I was first made aware of this when attempting to transfer money (FNB Magic Beans surely? - Ed) between a savings and resident account.

However, I was met with an error 217 via internet banking and reference "VODSYC6PLJXG".

I have completed the "Self Certification Tax Form", for the second time I believe, but I haven't heard back from FNB and I don't think I have had an acknowledgment either.

This is rather frustrating... I suspect the problem first arose due to FNB changing the limits on my wife's account without her prior knowledge or consent?!?

Please help...
