Shocked and Disgusted with FNB!!!
I am very upset with FNB, I had a property in Leondale which was repossed in 2009 due to unemployment. Only resumed work in 2015 and when arrangement was made on account. Due to unforseen circumstances BMW Alberante closed down which lead to me being retrenched in Nov 2017. Called the lady by the name of Anthea regarding the retrenchment plan on the balance remaining, her response was very negative, Unprofessional and Rude. She stated that I will pay the acc with interest like it or not. According to My knowledge there is retrenchment cover for such accounts. Quoting her last feed back saying "I will pay this account with Areas from the day of Retrenchment"As a customer of FNB I am shocked and disgusted by the Level of Service they offer. I request feedbank as soon as possible.
