Shocked

I am shocked at how some of the staff at FNB in Howard Centre in Pinelands treat the elderly, the service has gone down really! My mother who is 78 went into the bank yesterday and a Muslim lady forced her to stand in the line, she usually gets a chair when she requests one because she is known that she can't stand for a long time for health reasons and she was forced to stand and after she was finally served when she got our ofcthe bank she vomited because she isn't able to stand for long. I am appalled at this service I can't believe the elderly are not considered it's shocking, service has really gone down
