Shock late of service and false information provided to ITC
Shocking service, FNB advise me that they want to upgrade me to a private client, do so and leave all Ould account open. from an ITC perspective it looks like I have just doubled by debt with them. Customer care unwilling to assist. Shocking service, and false ITC information update.
