****ty FNB EFT

I was sent money (R23 000) via FNB EFT to my FNB account on Tuesday (25th of September 2018), today is the 28th and I have still not received the money. Normally with all the banks, same bank transfer is instantly but obviously not for FNB. What ****es me off the most is that every time I call FNB their customer service representatives are busy and i'd hold for like 20 mins without actually getting through. I have no idea what the hell happened to this money and I can't get answers from anywhere. FNB customer service is really ****pier that I ever imagined. FNB what on earth happened happened to my R23 000? Money can not just be hanging in the air. The money has leaved the senders account, so is it just floating somewhere right now? This is crazy really and I don't think I'm still gonna be able to trust FNB with my money in the future because you can't plan around any money sent through FNB EFT obviously.
