Shifty service from FNB Card

I a pensioner and Im trying to close my account. Xolani Ximba is such a stupid consultant writing back twice to me saying I owe them money when the letter is addressed belongs to someone else.

FNB Does not want to close my account, insisting they I need to pay this amount before closing account is R4,956.26 however the letter addressed to a MR Paa-Kwesi C Gadagbui.

I have paid the balance of this account already.
