She goes that extra mile

I would like to applaud a lady by the name of Gugu Masinga at the Mbabane head office FNB branch. I was expecting money from someone in Swaziland and they said there was a problem with the SADC fnb I don't know but she knows. this lady I have never met but I was referred by a friend she does not work at a branch but she made an effort to call other branches to find out what the problem was and she patiently gave me all the feedback I needed and was very apologetic on behalf of the bank. there are very few employees like her she comes highly recommended on how proficient she is at her job. keep it up sisi don't ever get tired. we need more people like her in such industries.
