Shattered confidence in FNB Fish Hoek service

I am a trustee of the Rocklands Campsite Trust and I wish to report on our current poor service with the Fish Hoek Branch, It has left us confounded, and with a sour taste in the mouth. In our interactions with the branch, there has been a request for documents -where the goal posts have constantly shfted. A firm written commitment that our account will not be frozen given, has been ignored. This, evenwhile we are still in process. To our horror, we discovered yesterday that our account has now been frozen despite the e-mails assuring us this would not be so. We have a camp coming in tomorrow and find ourselves unable to conduct our business. We have been with FNB for many years but our experience has been so shocking that we would have to now reconsider our banking options. Trying to find someone with authority and care has left us frustrated and at our wits end. Having worked with a financial services industry myself, I am highly concerned at the lack of professionalism and inability to offer the basic and decent customer service.
