Sharesaver not closed a month after requesting it
My semi-personal banker Mpho Motaung sent a request through to the sharesaver team on Jan 14 2016 on my instruction, to close my sharesaver account, and transfer all funds back to my cheque account. It's been close to a month, and this has still not been done. Mpho says there is a \backlog\". There's a month long backlog? Really? How about someone gets off their butt, and closes my account and gives me back my money! "
