Shares investment department.

Fnb shares investment department is by far the worst. Horrible communication and for 2 days, I have trying to get hold of them. Even Fnb call center agent couldn't get through, so what exactly is the point. 3 times I had to wait for 15min with no answer and to add, I get tranfered to the wrong department. I sold my shares and everything, which was R2000. Your shares department decides to send me R94 after closing my account. When I call they don't answer again, so who is going to reimburse my wasted airtime and time, on calling and emailing them. My account has been closed and wrong funds has been send to my savings account. If they work in the shares investment department, they should really consider sense of urgency.
