SHARES FNB COMPROMISED SYSTEMS FNB LIABLE FOR LOSS

This complaint is for FNB SHARES BROKERAGE

Today I logged into to my shares Portfolio to find money missing

Yesterday I purchased and sold mtn shares 3 times At given what was showing on portfolio showed I made profit each time

I took Issue with fnb shares who then proceeded to tell me that I had made trades each time below my price payed

ONLY A ***** WOULD BUY THE SAME STOCK AT SELL IT BELOW COST 3 TIMES IN A ROW

something was clearly a miss

I made those purchases at a limit price which Means if I bid a certain price and it becomes available I will not pay higher than I bid however the broker can secure a lower price if the opportunity presents itself

Which is what my portfolio showed

Fortunately I had screenshot each purchase price showing on my portfolio

Turns out the prices showing on my portfolio contradict fnbs statements on my account

Thier portfolio is comprised the pricing on my profile was in fact incorrect

And hence affected decision making in terms of my sell price to ensure enough to offset broker fees and make profit it transaction

I have proof that the trading portfolio stated the prices they say are not correct

Fnb is in fact liable for the losses

traders pay for the account and the trading portfolio

Its used to determine what the sell price should be taking into consideration the price the share was bought at

I mailed them all the proof showing them it the screenshots showing the bought price

they have failed to take responsibility for thier platform being clearly compromised

They are liable for the loss incurred

One should not have to deal with a platform being compromised not stating factual information causing clients to lose money

It’s a payed for platform

this should not be happening you are playing with people’s money thier savings thier investments FNB this is not acceptable

It’s a rather scary thing that the system clearly has issues

I expect Fnb to pay me what is owed and further more as a gesture of good will given the rather poor response received today they should waive and reimburse the broker fees for the trades made yesterday 6/05/2020

FNB THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE YOU ARE PLAYING WITH PEOPLES LIVELIHOODS
