Share saver cancellation

This is the second hello Peter for rhe same issue- I have asked for my share saver to be canceled- not sure why this is such a difficult task. Please STOP taking my money!!!!! Even when a consultant called me, they put me through to share saver and it just rings. And no one bothered to call me back. Why can't you just cancel this! It is my money and I have put in a request three times via email and hello peter and used yp my airtime. This is really bad service
