Share saver account

Hello Peter my name is Boitshepo Kgare and I am an fnb client, I have a problem with my share saver account. I really do not understand anything about this account as I can't even withdraw or do anything on this account, it's like I have no control over it at all. I would really like FNB to please close this account for good. I would really appreciate my money back please.
