Share Investor Waste of Time
I have been trying to close my Share Investor Account, which you cannot do on the app, nor at the branch. I called the number and have spent a lot of airtime simply holding on the call (how can you justify 20 minutes of holding a call whilst the consumer pays?).
I want this account closed, please call me to assist.
