Share Investment Account Nightmare ???

Closing an investment account with FNB has been a nightmare. Currently at the branch and have been on hold for more than 30min. Apparently non of the consultants can assist as I need to contact the call center which has been a waste of my time.

Why can’t I close the account the same way I opened it on the app!!! ??
