Share builder, FNB

I'd like to alert people of the share builder account at FNB wich is consistently *****ing money out of my account, I tried going to as many branches I could to tell them to remove it on my system but they say they do not have any control over it, though it is a diversion they have put on purpose on the banking app to lure people in one of their ****s.

I am completely not happy with FNB and their share builder account and i would kindly appreciate help from anyone whom can help me remove the account on my savings accounts because i tried calling and their call center is just not helpful.
