Share Accounts

I have called and chatted online with FNB and asked them to move my shares from my Share Builder account to my Share Investor account because I don't need the Builder account anymore, and I am paying banking fees on that i account witch I no longer use. It has been about 4 months now and still noting happened. I had a chat online again, but still no change. This level of service is unacceptable.
