Share Account - Handed over to Attorneys - I CLOSED THIS YEARS AGO!!!!!
<p>I cancelled my share account in September 2013 of which I have proof. After a few years I get a phone call and email to state that this is not the case and I owe money. A lady by the name of Given said that she would sort it out. I sent through all the information as well as proof of this.</p> <p> </p> <p>This morning I get a phone call from DMC attorneys stating that they are collecting on your behalf for this!!!! How in the hell do I owe anyone anything when I have proof I cancelled and your *********** staff are not doing their jobs!!! I have an email from your admin department stating that this has been closed as well. You better get these people off my back, failing that I will be taking this further!!!! And where did I give you permission to sell my personal information to another??? Your service is disgusting, I am glad I left your bank. </p>
Daffnie, Janine has sent me an email and for some reason fails to see the bigger picture!!!!! She opologises for everything then tells me I still owe money!!!!!!!!!! Are you people absolutely off your rockers!!!! I dont owe a damn cent, the fact that I sent through the letters etc showing that I requested this closed and I got confirmation confirming it was, she still asks me to send through proof of DAMN PAYMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FOR WHAT!!!!!!!! I dont owe a damn cent!!! Negligence is on your side because your staff are to *********** to deal with something as simple as closing a damn Share Investment Account which I closed in 2013 !!! She still has the odasity to turn around after all of this and tell me I must send through proof of payment!!!! If your staff members NADIA, GIVEN and the rest of the clan did their jobs we would be sitting here.

Is she on the same planet as me, i sent her through all correspondence with regards to me requesting this closed in 2013 already, I will not pay for accumalitve monies because of the banks incompetence!!!
Get a manager at the top to contact me failing that I will take this further, and by that I mean by 17:00 today!
