Shameless overcharging

I am very upset when I compare FNB Connect's latest price guide to what I am currently paying. At the moment I am paying R 389 + R 125 + R 389 + R 215 = R 1118 per month for two unlimited voice packages, one with 2GB data bundle and the other with 1GB data bundle. At current rates 2 x Talk Max plus 2GB + 1 GB would be R 249 x 2 + R 125 + R 85 = R 708 per month. Thus you are over charging me R 410 or 58% per month! Shame on you FNB! As a Private Wealth customer I would expect you to look after my interests better than this! HOw can I claim a credit for this obercharge?
