Shameless charging the same debit order twice n double charges

Skrill double deduction and also same debit order double deduction then I get charged for missed payment of the same debit order, R270 debit order deducts twice n I get charges twice because of missed payment I don't know how many times I've complained about this, also with skrill transactions money get deducted instantly but come Monday I get charged with those transactions as unpaid yet money was deducted during the transactions. Fnb is becoming a ****, poor service of unexplainable deduction. Why charge the same debit order twice. I don't know how many times I've complained about this I'm very close to leaving fnb after 18years I'm reaching the point were our relationship is unbearable
