Shameful merchant support

What utterly useless and *********** support for merchants. Been having speedpoint / pre-auth issues for 3 weeks now. Huge deposits need to be returned to our clients via pre-auth completions and we keep getting passed from department to department because nobody knows how to assist and we just get brushed off. Embarrassed to receive such kind of support.
