Shameful FNB SERVICE

After writing 10 reviews to Hello Peter , going into the FNB 6 times , phoning the branch every second day in Benoni , FNB have still not resolved an issue on the current account which they themselves have created. They stopped an EFT payment to a third party . The third party never received the funds , but the funds were never returned into t6he current account

Why cant this simple transaction be fixed . The employee that assigned to this case , Hulisani Madzivhandila, has never bothered to phone the client - REALLY ??? Are there no competent people in FNB ??????

What a disgrace !!!
