Shameful FNB ******

I have been a customer of FNB for about 20 years. I am utterly disappointed at the recent theft from our accounts. There are miscellaneous debit orders of R99 that are deducted from our accounts. Since the amount is less than R100 there'll be no cell notifications. This has happened to me about 3 times. The last transaction I went to reverse at the Bridge City branch this morning and was assisted by a lady called Bridget. I also requested for an account upgrade and was assisted accordingly by the lady. To my horror and surprise upon checking my account when I got home an additional amount of R120 was deducted from my account for a "card replacement fee" but no message came through on my cell phone. My brother switched from FNB because of the same nonsense by FNB. Is this what FNB has stooped down to? They now employ ****** who ***** from their clients? Shameful.

A lady by the name of Ngqo from Bridge City FNB has called me twice to apologise and keep me updated regarding the incident. It's much appreciated. Regards Sindy
