Shameful ban**** no assistance

FNB is charging an exorbitant installment amount on student loans (in an unreasonable repayment period) based on no grounds, and unwilling to negotiate a reasonable repayment for which I am willing to repay. FNB wants me to pay more than 50% of my current salary, after numerous calls and visits into the bank I still get no relief. #StudentLoanNonnegotiable

I have emailed FNB student loan adviser, I have called 3 times now and a gentleman put down on me twice. I then called again, a lady said she cant assist me because i am not surety, but i was assisted before. FNB debited my brothers student loan off of my account as well, why is this? I can only afford my student loan not my brothers as well, the amount should have been debited off of his account or the surety account, this bad administration on FNB's part, before the debit order went off I emailed Laurelene Vermeulen asking for an update on the debit order as my dad/surety was told a different story , I heard nothing from Laurelene and then emailed her to call me back urgently as this is ridiculous. I need feedback asap. thank you

FNB, please call me urgently, if I call in I am told I can't be assisted, FNB is now trying to deduct another amount from me, this is the worst administration I've seen, there no communication on your part. As soon as this is sorted I am changing banks.
