For years and years, I have been recommending you to my friends, family, and anyone who would listen.

WHY, THEN, DID YOU PULL THAT STUNT WITH THE VIRTUAL CARDS????? WHICH YOU FORCE US TO USE FOR EBUCKS!

Why is it our fault that you couldn't process transactions and then give us a day's warning to process them?

The people who I have recommended are furious. The people still with their other banks are looking at us, shaking their heads, thinking - IM SO GLAD I'm NOT WITH FNB!
