Shame on you FNB
My brother is a severly disabled person who is a client of FNB. His bank card was sent to the FNB branch in Durban. I have been trying to get his card sent to Gauteng were he has been living for the past 6 years with me and this is posing to be an impossible task. His immune system is severely compromised and we are faced with a new strain of Covid, FNB still insist that he must go to the FNB branch to be verified. He has appointed me has his guardian and have full signing powers on his account but still we cannot get this sorted. The branch tells you to contact customer care, customer care says you must contact the bank. Clearly FNB has no interest in people living with disabilities. FNB never seem to to pratice what they preach.
