Shame on you FNB

I had a personal loan with Fnb a while ago. Shortly after taking the loan I lost my job and was handed over to their attorneys with whom I reached a repayment agreement. In June 2018 (LAST YEAR) their attorneys gave me a settlement figure for the said loan. I paid the required amount to them within hours of getting the settlement figure from them. A YEAR LATER FNB starts taking money out of my account and I get sms's and phone calls from a new set of attorneys saying I owe FNB money. Despite having sent proof of settlement and payment they continue to phone me. I have now spoken to 3 different people at the attorneys today alone. Shame on you FNB.
