Shame on you and your *********** staff!

I feel compelled to resort to Hello Peter again. FNB is the worst institution I have ever dealt with. My bond was resident with FNB. Once the proceeds of the sale of the house had had been processed, I received an unfriendly call from from a FNB representative who told me that I had to supply documentation for the source of the funds. I comp**** exactly as requested and sent the documentation within the hour. I am now constantly receiving SMS's informing me that a transactional hold will be placed on my account due to outstanding documents. I object in the strongest terms to this sort of bulling and feel compelled to again resort to the ombudsman. I do not understand why FNB only responds when we are driven to this sort of desperation. Shame on you and your *********** staff!
