SHAME ON FNB!

I had a personal loan with FNB there after I got retrenched from work and I informed FNB, for a year in continued paying the loan, then ran out of money, I called them and made and arrangement to pay a lesser installment and I kept on depositing money in my account. As we speak now the account is up to date. Fnb is debiting me every month but now they listed a default judgement on credit bureau under my name. After working so hard to pay themail now they blacklist me? What is a default when you are still paying. I want my name cleared ASAP on the credit bureau. I meant a letter clearing my name. Shame on FNB! I have been a customer for many years. Very upset and disappointed.
