Shame in you FNB ******** a sick client

FNB you are disgusting as a bank. I app**** for a credit card and fitness a quote. You saw my salary and decided without my authority to issue a private bank credit card. It's been a month and I have tried everything to 'downgrade'. You refuse to acknowledge your mistake. You agree trying to make me sign a new quote now C st a higher interest rate. How dare you. AND ALL I NEEDED THE CARD FOR WAS AN MRI AS I WAS GRAVELY ILL. So I had to take out a loan which you will earn higher interest on as you were not able to resolve the issue... and its still not resolved. This is disgusting. You should be ashamed of yourself. And your sales team at La Lucia mall cant take responsibility as your credit card division is a separate entity. So it's my problem. **************** I say! Siss!
