Shady service by FNB homeloan consultant

I sent an email on the 19 October 2024 seeking an amendment on the pension backed homeloan contract and I am yet to get a response from their consultant.He never talks to me directly but solely via an email.Whenever I call,I am being told a message will be passed on to him.
