Shady Debit Orders. FNB: Pay Us For Our Errors

A debit order >R200 came off my account without my consent in Jan, Feb and March. I informed the other party and they said I need to talk to FNB if I want the amounts reversed but they will stop the debit order. So I called FNB to get these amounts reversed, the first consultant was helpful but I saw only the Feb and March amounts got reversed (but not without charging me reversal fees on both amounts... A mistake I shouldn't be paying for.). I called again and another consultant said it's because the amount is older than 40 days and I'll need to fill out a form that she'll email me and I must just email it back afterwards. I did so and a few days later I got an SMS that the amount didn't get reversed since more than one reason was submitted and that I must email. I emailed the debit query department that redirected me to another department to sort this out. Second department then told me to call again. I called again and got tossed between 3 different departments before the line went silent after 20min. I decided to be the better customer and try to call again, maybe it was just human error. After 6min a consultant answered again and halfway through me explaining the situation to her, she hung up on me... I'm shocked at the customer service.

Didn't expect FNB to sink to ABSA's customer service levels. Shady.

Another amount for the same gym came off my account after I've now talked to them who signed me up at the gym 3 times, her manager once, his accountant once, and three different FNB consultant as well as two different FNB departments on email. Case is still not resolved. Considering closing my account with FNB and signing up elsewhere.
