Shady Behavior from FNB.
How long does it take for an institution to produce transcripts of call recordings as per The Informations Act?.I requested that Precious Seobi furnish me with written transcripts from call recordings, so as to prove some lies told in a bid to avoid honoring my claim and 3 weeks later FNB is still dancing around the issue, now call me just now, to ask me to ask Sheldon Harilal for the records... that does not even make sense!!! Why should I have to do so!? Don't these people communicate internally!? Very sinister. This is because they prefer to push clients fron pillar to post, making them go around in circles in vain, so as to avoid actually dealing with the situation! Lazy staff.

Precious Seobi seems to be buying time (for who know what.... questionable!) and also patronizing me, by sending an email every two weeks, stating that they are still trying to retrieve the transcripts from call records as per my request. It's been months since I requested the call records and I surely doubt that it takes months to retrieve same. All this because FNB evidently hates honoring claims!
