SH***7 Listing on ***** Prevention South Africa

In 2021 , I went into the bank to open an account with FNB and years later I found myself listed on the FPSA .This is really impacting my life negatively and this is really making my life a living hell and I can't access loans and other credit facilities.

Initially, the service consultant at FNB captured my details incorrectly as Nomzamo Martins, instead of my names on my ID card that I had presented up on arrival at the bank as per the prerequisites of opening an account with any financial institution in the Republic of South Africa and I really don't know why would the consultant captured my name like that since I Comp**** with FICA(Financial Intelligence Centre Act) which is in place to combat Money Laundering, Tax Evasion and other financial crimes.

I have done the KYC ( Know Your Client) process and this should be clear that she should have captured my details correctly as per my ID document. I have sent requests to clear my identity number and I have been sent hell and back from Pillar to Post and there is no one who wants to be held accountable for this error. Please assist me, coz I'm really disappointed with the actions by FNB and I regret the day I went to that branch to open an account.
