One wonders if this useless bank can get any worse and Whala! it can.<br> SEVEN ATM machines yes SEVEN had no cash all in the Boksburg/ BENONI East Rand area. This on 6 /7 /8 of November 2015.<br> The only thing they are excellent at is taking your money.
