SETTLMENT LETTER FNB USELESS

I EXPRESSED HOW URGENT it is that I get my settlement letter, I was promised everyday I would get it but lies!

NEDBANK IN WHICH I PAID 10K TO GAVE IT TO ME THE SAME DAY!

I will lose finance on my vehicle because of your **** SERVICE and customer CARE!
