settlemnt letter requested after 6 years
I had an credit card with fnb, when I lost my job fnb sent me to their attorney of which they garnished me when I had a job. the account has since been settled in 2010.ever since then when I apply for anything they request this settlement letter .i mean its been 6years now even the biggest companies they achieved heir documents after 5 years.i used to apply for their credit card it would decline, now I understand why. while other banks they offer me a credit card without even applying for it.despite the fact that im their private company and my credit scre is 98.they still decline my application. now I app**** for a homeloan and im told to bring the same settlement letter which I've sent to fnb more than 10 times.
