Hi Peter<br> <br> Please help me solve this issue. My parents own a house in Umlazi. They have been paying for a bond for the past years. My dad Is late and my mother retired, where she was working, therefore settled amount owing for the house with FNB. Now she want the title Deed, but FNB rep**** that they cannot find it. Its is very disturbing that a title deed can go missing, and FNB is taking their time to solve this issue. Later a letter was then received stating that FNB lost my title of deed they will pay for it at the deeds office to replace it. All forms were signed and sent to Hopane attorney. Hopane said my house was not registered at the office in Pietermaritzburg. Later he said he tried to register but the office said the house belonged to eThekwini Municipality<br>
