Settlement Value ??

I requested settlement value from Unilaw as FNB account went legal after financial difficulty experienced due to unemployment in the household. I finished all other loans with FNB. Unilaw then advised me that I can get 20% discount on loan for now, but lady will contact FNB as they sometimes gives up to 50% discount. I then got letter stating the value of R37411 as settlement only giving me the same 20% discount. I send email to Jesica Lucas requesting better settlement as original loan was R45 000 and I have paid R33 000 already and I am not willing to pay another R37 000 as there is more than R30 000 worth of interest on the account. She then refered my email to Shiela Chiloane. I then got letter back from FNB which is the exact same letter that was originally send to me without any effort in giving me another settlement or trying to negotiate better settlement. I know I did not pay this account as properly as I should, but was forced to look after the whole household for months due to my husband being unemployed. Once he started work again, I focused on all the smaller values trying to finish all in due time. Now that I want to pay, FNB does not want to accommodate me with proper or acceptable settlement. I requested contact details of management, but they are ignoring my requests.

Good Day Naomi, FNB tried calling me yesterday, but unfortunately I was in meetings the afternoon. I got mail from Nozipho Thwala, who did not have a direct email address to liaise with. However, she once again gave me the rundown of the same old story and gave me the exact same letter of settlement values without trying to understand or accommodate my issue. Not even willing to negotiate better deal. Why can FNB offer settlements up to 50% discounts to one customer and the next one they ignore. I would like to speak to someone in a senior position in order to get this finalized. Not willing to deal with clerks anymore. I am once again in meetings from 14:00 today.
